The Child Health Advantage Program is a vaccine purchase program for community physician practices. The Advantage Program offers physicians significant price savings on common vaccines. The goal of the program is to provide community physicians with easy access to appropriate product portfolios, contracted pricing, and robust distribution.
Since 2001, the Child Health Advantage Program has grown to an annual vaccine purchase volume of more than $61 million. Child Health Advantage currently has 23 participating Owner Hospital networks that actively sponsor physician practices. The networks provide a variety of services to community physicians, including credentialing, clinical education, assistance with reimbursement, and many other programs. Physicians and physician practices have the opportunity to participate in Child Health Advantage through one of these networks, or may choose to join Advantage as an independent member.
